Good Concise Information for Competing a Gallbladder & Liver Flush
I bought this guidebook to give to a friend who is scheduled for gallbladder surgery to have him consider trying flushes before having his gallbladder removed. This guide is very good at outlining what is needed to prepare for the flush in both diet and purchases. I have performed five (5) successful flushes using Mr. Moritz's book and per information presented in his book. Based upon my personnel experience, I offer the following updates to future editions to this guidebook.1) This should not be considered a one off event. Gallbladder flushes should be performed every 4-6 weeks (which includes the 6 day prep) until very few gallstones come out (15 or less according to Mr. Moritz.) While my first flush was successful, it was my 2nd flush which produced a "mother load" of stones. Each subsequent flush produced less stones. Keep flushing until you get clean.2) I have used fresh squeeze lemon juice for the olive oil/ juice mixture on day 6. I live in a small town and grapefruit are not available year round. Mr. Moritz's book also says you can use lemon juice.3) While drinking down "the nasty" oil and juice mixture, I have found it helps the hold your nose or your breath. I have a toothbrush loaded with toothpaste and brush my teeth immediately after drinking the "nasty" before I lay down. (This is my practice).4) Please give a brief overview of what someone may expect to see in the toilet i.e. mud, stone sizes, colors etc. while completing the flush.5) Please be sure to specify that the epson salt you are using is for internal use. There is epson salt which for external use only (ie for soaking feet) and you don't want to ingest that due to impurities. This guidebook is very valuable to give you specific steps, however, at almost $10 for 24 pages, it is somewhat overpriced.

DO NOT PURCHASE
This was an extreme waste of time . This had less information than a grocery store impulse buy magazine.I do NOT recommend. Extremely disappointed.Just do a google search yourself. No need to purchase when you can get it free off the web .

Just what I was looking for
I did this flush back in 2000. My grandfather had told me what to do back then and it's so nice to have it in book form. It worked for me and I wanted to pass the information on to someone else.

Not really a satisfying breakdown, was hoping for more.
While there is a general breakdown here, there are issues. The "optional" but highly suggested colonics are not optional IMO if you are to follow this protocol to a T. Other things like the importance of foods/liquids should all be at room temp or above were not emphasized. I was expecting a suggested more specific daily meal plan as well. Some recipes would have been nice too. The original book that this is derived from has so much more needed information to consider too. Considerations for people with different issues in addition to just having stones. This book did not really cover some key elements. If you are considering doing the flush get the real book.

Cleaned me out
It was very concise! I did get up in the middle of the night and throw up all the oil so that sucked and I would have drank chicken stock the morning after the oil drink but other than that it was ok. I got so hungry I almost passed out so I did not actually see the stones.

An easy & helpful companion book
This book condenses down its larger master book into simple, large text, easy to read instructions. It was an easy read and clarified the cleanse steps, instructions, and items needed without leaving any guesswork. Highly recommended.
