Good value
The cotton outer layer make it less irritating to the skin, it is lightweight compare to the others and good value for money. Using it for my 4.5 yo, things is he’s so determined and is big enough to be able to remove it. Theoretically it is ideal to help stop the thumb sucking but realistically.. more work needs to be done to make the child not remove it.

Terrible
Don't make my mistake. Look through the reviews. I bought this to keep my nonverbal disabled 3 year old from continuing to hurt his fingers by constantly putting them in his mouth. He wore these for maybe 20 minutes and his little arms are bruised! I felt absolutely awful!
