Same poor quality as cheaper alternatives :(
I was hoping this original Time Timer would last longer than the fake/knockoff timers sold here and on Ali/temu/etc. Unfortunately, this one also failed (discovered this a few months ago, forgot about it's existence and I just found out the warranty period has expired, let's call that "adhd Tax" ). It was used occasionally by an adult, not a scratch on the exterior yet, but apparently the inside is the same poor quality as the knockoffs. Another downside is, the Time Timer has only 1 alarm mode which lasts about 2 seconds (so it can be easily missed if you're in another room or unintentionally ignored when you get distracted or when hyperfocussing on a task, the alarm is just too short and subtle). The knockoffs timers I had before all had multiple alarm durations: 3 or 30 seconds (which could be stopped with a button on top) and I will probably repurchase a Yunbaoit if they still exist. TLDR: there is absolutely no benefit to buying an expensive Time Timer, the quality is just as crappy as the cheaper alternatives and imo it's missing an essential annoying longer alarm setting so you actually are audible reminded that time's up.

Lifesaver for those of us who gets distracted easily
It's been improving my QOL so much. I am quite ADHD-ish and hard for me not to get distracted. This has been a lifesaver, and now I can relax a little bit instead of staring at the time for 15 minutes before a meeting just so that I don't get distracted and be late. I thought it was expensive at the beginning, but it was worth every penny.

Nie warty.

A literal godsend for those of us with an absurdly warped sense of time ; )
I never write reviews, but I felt it necessary for this little contraption, which I have had in my cart for over a year before finally pulling the trigger. I didn't think it would be so life-altering, but it's a dream. It is a perfect, simple, and effective tool. Stylish, too, if you get the white! Like, is this Bang and Olufson does ADHD? Kind of! No ridiculous apps involved, no phone, just you and this magical timer. It keeps track of the time, works perfectly for Pomodoro, and most importantly, I can glance up to the side of my computer and see that I've just wasted 15 minutes looking at Architectural Digest, and it's now time to get back to work. Previously, hours could pass as I foggily stumbled in a daze, googling every interest that flitted through my brain, browsing Wikipedia and shoe websites, or watching YouTube videos on how to make my own Donald Judd replica desk; you know, you get the idea. When used properly this has added hours to my day. Yay!
