Easy to fit.
I used this product to fit shelves in my Garage. Worked well.

Low cost but not very robust
These are low cost but also not very strong. I bought them to support a shelf in my garage. When I started putting them up I accidentally stood on one and it crushed. Tried bending by hand and they are easily deformed. Would be OK for lightweight use only. I paid a lot more for some robust ones for my garage.
