for allergies there are many studies - go to allergy association websites or go to google scholar and search for depression the evidence is less solid, may be helpful for some people only

Q: Does this have ozone?

No - it charges particles in the air around it. Theory is they are then less likely to be inhaled. A home version has helped with pollens. Don’t know how effective it is for viruses but won’t do any harm and may help.

Q: Can you wear this in bed?

I’ll put it beside my pillow instead of wearing it.
