product arrived promptly order was for 10mm diameter internal size tubing they sent out 9mm internal size tubing which made it tighter to install on fittings other than that a reasonable product.

13mm external sizing as advertised.
fits lovely into the 13mm hole i have. nice and snug, doesn't pull out if you "tug" it "firmly". have to "prise" it out. thanks good product.
