This chair was super easy to put together, looks great and is comfortable. I was nervous because it was cheap compared to other similar products but it is well worth it.

It strikes the right balance between ergonomics and style - different from some of those other super elaborate, complex-looking ‘ergonomic’ chairs. The chair’s design and color (I got Tiffany Blue) looks great and improves the whole aesthetic of the room.Aside from the look and feel, it’s clear that the materials are high-quality and well made. You can sit for prolonged periods and be comfortable during work. Assembly was straightforward, and customer service was super helpful and communicative when I had questions about the chair, ensuring I was satisfied with my order.In the version with the headrest, I’ve found that the lumbar support seems to be more pronounced compared to the version without the headrest. This support is adjustable though, so you can tailor it to your preference.Overall, I’m a big fan - and I would recommend this to anyone who wants a solid, stylish, and comfy chair at a great price.

I purchased a white home/office chair. Upon opening the box, I was surprised to find a pair of white gloves provided for assembly to prevent the chair from getting dirty. Additionally, there was a seat cover included, making it easy to keep clean. The chair's design is simple, comfortable, and straightforward to assemble. Furthermore, there is a 5-year warranty card enclosed, which advises that activation requires sending an email to the seller. Upon reaching out via email, they promptly responded and offered any support I might need. I appreciated their respectful and responsible approach towards their customers.

Chair arrived well packaged. Clear instructions for assembly (took me 35 minutes). Seat is really high quality foam--nicely padded. Lumbar support is adjustable and adequate. Mesh back is contoured nicely. I am 5'7" and chair fits me perfectly. The casters are smooth and roll quietly-no squeaking. They do provide a seat cover in matching fabric, but once the chair is assembled it can't be put on easily? The height lift is effective. I am really pleased with this chair and the price is reasonable given the quality and ease of assembly. This office chair exceeded my expectations.
