Cygnet Tropic Super Chunky Acrylic Knitting Yarn (Nightjar 405)

This is great yard. It's a bit rough on the skin and I would like to point out that it soon runs out if you're crocheting a chunky pattern.

This is really lovely but is much chunkier than normal Super Chunky wool. I am working on adapting my pattern at the moment as i knitted the rib fir a hat pattern i use most and it was working out much larger

Perfectly good yarn. No good to me as it is half the thickness of the yarn that I was using and ran out of with sleeves to knit outstanding. It will make a thinner tanktop to go under the original cardigan so will get used. Buyers beware this is NOT the same as Cygnet seriously chunky despite haviing the same name and number. Its the difference between normal chunky and super chunky (felty) no matter what the description. Not the sellers fault. Looked for my old seller but would not appear in either old orders nor saved sellers ~ odd that. With thanks ~

Love the rainbow colours and knits up lovely. Wasn’t as soft as I thought it might be.Wool doesn’t go a long way as so chunky so knitted a snood instead of a scarf!

Good quality yarn. Although one ball looked as if a magic knot was used to piece two pieces of yarn together to make it, I’ve been really pleased with the overall quality and have since placed another order. I’ll be buying more from this buyer because the quality is durable and looks great. Definitely worth using for crocheting.

Very easy to use. Vivid colour, even after a wash. Texture is nice and thick. Quality is brilliant.

I am very disappointed this yarn is so stiff and even after 30+ hours out of vacuum pack it is no use to me at all. Price was about right for poor qualify yarn. I rather suspected it wasn’t a bargain, and I was right. The colours are fabulous shame about the feel.
