Instructions for Tire and Tube Removal: 1. Deflate inner tube completely. 2. Unhook one side of tire bead.* 3. Remove inner tube starting opposite of valve. 4. Check around edge of rim and inside of tire for any sharp objects. Instructions for Tire and Tube Mounting: 1. Slightly inflate tube. 2. Insert inner tube into tire. 3. Position tire and tube to permit insertion of valve stem in valve hole of rim. 4. Mount one side of tire on rim by hooking tire bead into rim well.* 5. Mount other side of tire by gradually moving around rim. 6. After insuring that tire bead is properly mounted on both sides of rim, inflate inner tube to the recommended pressure. NOTE: Over or under inflating tube will result in poor handling of bicycle and damage to tire and inner tube.
