So happy to have found this hanger. We have a brand new door that is not metal. Tried using command strips and it wouldn't hold our sign. Tried to think out of the box for a hanger because we didn't want to use the traditional metal over the door hanger. Found this gem and I regret not buying two (one for my side door). Loved the little wooden plaques to cover the hanger. Works great and adjusts easily. Worth it!!

First dealing with hanging a wreath was annoying because they all hang different. I tried an adjustable one but it was cumbersome and my door wouldn’t close. This was my last attempt and it was quite pricey. I got the changeable front pictures because otherwise the big white round thing was an eye sore. I’m confused why all of them have a back and front Velcro. Not sure what I’m supposed to do with all the extra ones. Other than that it works and is easier to adjust, I made it high enough that medium and large wreaths don’t cover my peep hole. I would recommend making your own front pieces, I’m low on time so I went this route.

This works perfectly to hang a wreath on my storm door. My front door gets so hot the 3M hooks melt right off! This lets me show off some pretty color without squashing it in between the front door and the storm door!

Build qualityThe hanger is well made with no defects. The spring loaded zip line is easy to operate with the side button and retracts well. The "line" while thin and nearly invisible is strong and resilient. The hook is relatively strong and appropriate for light < 5lbs weights (we use much lighter ~1-2lb wreaths) but it is rated at up to 10 lbs.UseThis works well over a standard door with no issues. There is padding on the back of the hanger to prevent impacts on the door. The line is visible if you look for it but it really isn't noticeable for the most part.Velcro DecorationsThe included decorations are a great feature but I'm not sold on them as they don't really match the "spirit" of our organic (plant based) wreaths and seem out of place. They would be more appropriate with a man made hanging decorations like a hanging skeleton at Halloween or an elf, etc.Use on (inset) glass doors.Our door has glass that is inset that we were somewhat concerned about but due zip hang actually does great and due to the center of mass of the wreath+hanger and the width of the hanger, the zip hang actually does make contact with the inset window and doesn't "crash" into the glass when opening and closing the door.Final thoughts:This is a great product for hanging on the front door and I recommend it. I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the decorative add-ons -- It's not quite our thing but there is no issue with them and if you like the designs then I do recommend it.

What a great invention! No more running and digging to find the wreath hanger when I want to put up the fall wreath, but all of the wreath hangers are stored buried somewhere with the boxes of Christmas decorations! This little device will stay up on my front door all year round, with or without a wreath, thanks to the assortment of cute little seasonal decorations that Velcro interchangeably onto it. Right now, for September, it's sporting an apple for back to school. Next, I'll put up a the fall leaf, then the pumpkin, then the turkey, all with my fall wreath, then the Christmas tree, then the snowman, both with my holiday wreath...so fun!It's so fast, simple, and foolproof to use - just squeeze the button, stretch out the ends and loop them over the corners of the door, then adjust the height where you want it and hang whatever you want on the hook in the middle. It comes with two sizes of hooks, larger and smaller. You can velcro a design onto the middle part or not depending on your preference.I love this for our metal front door, but it would also be a great solution for hanging things on glass doors. You can barely see the lines or the hanger itself - perfect for any door!

First off, I really like the idea behind this product. It makes total sense - something lightweight that won't damage the door, makes it easy to open and close the door, etc. Our front door is actually a set of double doors, and I tried it out on both doors just to see where it would make the most sense. On the primary door, it seemed to shift around a lot. I moved it over to the door that stays shut most of the time, and it did a lot better there. It would still shift around when we used the primary door, but it was less noticable and less distracting (I'm assuming it has to do with the overlapping edge between the two doors). The ZipnHang unit itself does swing a little bit, but it was never enough that I was worried about the glass on our door. The seasonal decorations that can cover the ZipnHang unit are a little simplistic/cheesy for my taste, but there's nothing wrong with them. They could add a little festive flair to your decor, if they match your style. They're easy to put on and change. All in all, this is a good product!

Will not work on an RV door. I did not understand how it was supposed to attach until I got it. That was my fault for not noticing. Super cute decorations to change out per holiday
