I’m satisfied with my recent bicycle purchase from Amazon. The cycle arrived on time, well-packaged, and in good condition. Assembly was fairly simple.Also the after sales service is prompt and very supportive in all the matters be it assembly or something else.The bike rides smoothly and performs well, especially for the price. Overall, a great value and I would recommend it to others.

This is a good cycle, built quite strongly but has some issues which must be addressed..Pros1) Pretty strongly built, not Alloy but Steel body which makes it feel quite tough and heavy (Alloy would have increased the price so it is ok)2) Paint Quality is good3) Grips provided with cycle are wide and nice, even have a small palm rest4) Suspensions work fine, cycle comes with quick release PU saddle which is a bonus, has double wall alloy rims as well5) Has internal cabling but entry and exit holes are guarded by 2 pieces of Plastic which dont seem snuggly fixed6) You get 3 allen keys and one spanner with multiple nut holes which is really helpful7) Tyres are of pretty good quality, I believe the maximum inflatable pressure is 56-58 psi.8) Seller shipped the cycle well on time and I received it within 3-4 days. From Gujrat to Delhi NCR, this is impressiveCons1) Stickers are very poorly pasted and wont last long, I have a Hero Next MTB as well which has better Stickers2) Breaks are ok, not excellent, you dont get front disc prefixed, you have to assemble it yourself or seek help of an expert3) Accessories provided are of okish quality. Reflectors are nice, Mudguards are ok but Bottle Cage/Holder isn't made of Metal as shown in Amazon Product pics, it is of Plastic (okish quality), Bell is so bad that I threw it away and got another one installed on day 1. Bell that seller provides is made of mostly Plastic and doesn't stay put even after bolting it. What you see in the attached pic is something I bought from a local store for just ₹100 and it 5 times better than what seller provided. Lock provided with cycle is of decent quality but not a Number Lock as shown in Amazon Product pics, it is just a Key Lock. Cheap tactics to cut cost by the brand/sellerEdit : Looks like after reading my review, seller updated Accessories pic and now it shows Plastic Bottle Cage as well as Key Lock 🤣4) Front Mudguard doesn't stay put because the hole where you bolt it, doesn't have flat surface. It is a poor design choice. My Society has quite a few speed breakers so it loosens every now and then. You will have to use rubber-washers to keep Front Mudguard in its place. I saw on Vaux's YouTube channel that one should use a metal washer to keep nut in place but nothing was provided by the seller in the pack. I got a metal washer installed and now front mudguard stays put.5) Even after getting the cycle early, when I tried to reschedule the expert/technician visit to an earlier date, it didn't give me an option of the next day or the day after tomorrow, so cycle just sat in its packing at my place for 2 days, bad from Amazon6) The guy who came to assemble the cycle wasn't so knowledgeable, took 1 hour to assemble everything even when Brand claims it is a 15 mins assembly by a novice like us. It wasn't free either, I paid ₹499 for his service to Amazon, not worth it. But you may get lucky with a better technician.Edit : Looks like now Amazon has reduced the cycle assmebly service from ₹499 to ₹99 which is really reasonable.7) Technician doesn't bring any Air Pump with him so make sure you have one before he comes for assembly since you wouldn't be able to inflate the tyres without it and check if cycle is assembled correctly or not by riding itI have ridden it for some days and these are all my observations!! I will update the review after 1 month with more findings. Considering this is a single speed cycle, I would recommend giving Urban Terrain Bolt a look as well which is cheaper than this one by at least ₹1500 (but you may have to buy some accessories which in my opinion, buying from local stores is better). You will get good after sale service with Urban Terrain Cycles but it comes at a price. It won't have internal cabling either.All in all, it is a pretty good buy for me!! You wont regret it!!

I recently purchased this cycle from Amazon, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it! The build quality is superb, and the ride is incredibly smooth.

Weight loss and keeping fitness levels at a high has been the focus this quarter. Whilst exploring exercise options a suggestion that came up multiple times was cycling. That is one problem solved, now the thing is which cycle do I buy with so many options in the market. Along popped Vaux when exploring cycles. Vaux caught my eye and I am glad I made the choice in placing the order. The look and feel has been great. Installation was simple and easy. True to what was claimed, I could install this under 15 mins. Be it incline of flat roads the bike breezes past effortlessly. Don't get me wrong when I effortlessly, obviously you need to get your heart pumping when going from destination to another, it is around ease and fitness for use. Another thing is around style and colour options. All very appealing. Overall an excellent option and proud of my choice.

Amazing cycle, build quality is good. I am very happy with this product.......all over great experience . Smoothness and stability is good.

Pros :-⇀The cycle has an attractive design, especially in teal blue color.⇀Considered the best single-speed cycle available.⇀My daily rides is around 20km and it rides smooth.⇀The 29T variant is a bit on the heavier side, but manageable for me.⇀The wide 29*2.40 tires provide a good grip and width.⇀Suitable for a rider with a height of 5'11".⇀Brakes are average.Some -ve points :-⇀No guide for assembly, I went to shop for assembly 300/-⇀Poor stickeRing, possibly its only with my product.⇀Suspension is average.⇀After 1.5 months of use, a crackling sound emerged from the bottom bracket. I attempted to fix it at the shop, but the bottom bracket was tightly sealed so they applied high-quality lubricant, which eliminated the noise issue.Overall a good cycle at this price range, I also looked for Cradiac Xplorer 29 but i wanted to try something new. So I choosed this and Customer support is also Good :-)
