It took me a long time to find my follow focus and there are a huge amount of brands that sell them on Amazon, but this is one of the much higher end. Plastic is nowhere on the device other than the cog and the whiteboard marker so it's super sturdy. One of my main worries was having delay or a lot of give when using, but after having this for over 6 months, I can easily tell you that this is as solid as it gets.It's accurate down to pinpoint precision and is extremely smooth, it makes me wonder why anyone would want to spend any more than this. The only thing I don't like is the bright blue metal which a lot of cheaper brands use, which this company is very far from. I think if it were in black, its looks would represent its quality and performance, without deterring anyone like it almost did with me.

I only returned it because it's for 'wrong' way lenses. It's a very high-quality product and if you are a Nikon lens user then I highly recommend you check this bargain out!

The build quality is ok for the money but the AB stop discs scratch as they turn and make smooth focusing imposible.
