There’s plenty to chose from in this kit!! All the items were durable and exactly what we were expecting! The parachute worked great and held up to use and the work out cards were fun and easy to understand. Overall a well put together kit full of well made items at a great price!

The media could not be loaded.  We were amazed by the quality and quantity of the items included in this set. We especially loved the posters and ebooks that provide clear instructions on how to exercise. The products themselves are also of high quality.

Great product my kids use it all the time

This is great for working out on your own. I have middle school boys in sports and this helps with all the things. I have used the ladder and resistance bands myself. We also love the suggested workouts that come with it.
