Works great with Zoom Rooms Hardware
Bought this as it is on Zooms recommended list to share a PC in a Zoom Room wired via HDMI to this Logitech Screen share to USB. I shows up in Zoom Rooms as a camera, however we updated the Zoom Room software to the latest version and it now shows up as a computer and not a camera. Will give it some more work.

Does not work with Ipad Pro Gen 4
This product is unfortunately outdated and does not work with the recently released Ipad Pro Gen 4. I escalated things with logitech, and they were unhelpful. While I used both the original Apple HDMI adapter as well as the ones suggested by logitech, things continue not to work and their engineering team has been useless. They say I might need a new adapter (without indicating with one) and they say "the Screen Share is intended to be used with devices that have a native HDMI output" which are essentially close to none. Also, this requirement is not clearly listed in their tech specs.

Works with my Roland V4EX Mixer
I finally can use Zoom, it does not seem to affect the black levels like perhaps some other options do. I had to do a restart to see it, and audio passes from the mixer also over HDMI. Pricey, but it's C19 times, so being a broadcaster seems more relevant now.

Don't buy Logitech Screen Share if you use Zoom
It doesn't work. I Tried it with two computer (Win 7 & Win 10) and it will work at first and then won't anbs can't be revived by cooling it down or anything. I bought it because Logitech's cameras always work and this was a super disappointment. There are no drivers for it, so it is not a driver issue. This product does not work in Zoom - Don't buy for that platform! I would give it zero stars but you can't.

Works in ZoomRooms, but dont use optional software
We have used both Logitech Screenshare and Magewell successfully (gold standard, just works but beware of imitations) with ZoomRooms. The 1st Logitech we tried was 'wonky' and we tried loading the optional software- DONT. It is not explained well and it seems to work as a way to screen share WITHOUT using ZoomRooms or other software/service, but do not use it in combination! After we went back and forth a bit and a complete uninstall and an update it started right up solid. After that we installed 4 more and had no issues. While the Magewell was ALWAYS plug and play great, these a a tad smaller, have a molded on usb3 cable so no worries about it disconnecting on the device side of that, and a bit less expensive, so we standardized on it (beat those 3 things Magewell and we might come back!)

Simple and easy to use
Simple and easy to use, and it does not need software with MS Window PCs.

Finicky Audio
I had inconsistent results with the embedded audio on my HDMI sources. Some worked. Some didn't. Tried for weeks to figure it out and gave up. Went to return it and discovered I'd let the return window close. AARGH! Now I'm stuck with $300 device I don't trust. Wondering if there is any way to appeal to Amazon for an extension of the return deadline.

Puré junk
Works fine when you first start but then loses connectivity or disappears. Does not reliably come back when switching between hdmi inputs. It’s now a brick. Bought a magwell and it works perfectly. Don’t waste your money on Logitech.
