It is a practical, reliable product that does what it promises
I recently used the GLEAN Patio Grout in Pure Light Grey and I am very happy with the results. The ready-mixed formula made the job quick and easy, with no fuss about mixing. It brushes into the joints smoothly and sets firmly, giving a neat and professional finish. The coverage is very good, and the 15kg bag was plenty for my patio area. The light grey colour looks smart and really lifts the appearance of the paving. It is also reassuring that the compound can be applied in all weather, which takes the stress out of waiting for perfect conditions. The grout feels solid once set and gives the paving a much cleaner look. It is a practical, reliable product that does what it promises, and I would happily use it again.

Easy to use
Excellent product. Easy to apply and looks good. Just be aware it starts to harden in the tub once open.

Great grout
“Lovely job! Just what your patio needs!” Now, listen—if your patio’s looking a bit tired, with grass and muck taking over the joints, this is the stuff to sort it out. I got this GLEAN patio grout, gave the whole area a good clean, and brushed it in nice and easy. No faff, no hassle—just good, solid results. One thing to note, though—I used about one and a half times what the tub recommended, so if you’ve got a big area, grab an extra tub to be safe. But let me tell you—once it’s in, it sets beautifully. No more weeds creeping through, no more muddy patches—just a smart, clean patio that looks proper professional. If you’re revamping your outdoor space, this is spot on—easy to use, all-weather resistant, and makes the job look bang tidy. Get it down, step back, and enjoy your new patio!

Excellent product. No hassle.
Product is easy to use as per the instructions. I am very pleased with the results so far and ordered another 2 boxes. Time will tell if it stops the weeds coming up on my sunny terrace, but the product has set solid between the paving stone slabs and the overall appearance is a great improvement. I used the natural colour. It’s not cheap but DIY saved me paying for a builder.

Good but requires care
Bought to regrout an old medium sized patio where pressure washing had removed some of the old grout. Good points:- looks smart & easy to apply. Sets reasonably quickly Bad points:- Expensive, more so than sand & cement. My limited area required 3 tubs @ £40 Its solidity very much depends on the depth of the gap. Too shallow & it just comes out. About a week after application we had unusually severe rain ( thanks global warming) which an acted as a pressure wash in removing some of the shallower filled gaps. Overall I am not dissatisfied and it does look good, but to ensure a uniform and robust finish care is required.

Great product and I used it slightly different way after did my research!
I was sceptical when I ordered this product because I had read some positive and negative reviews about it. Some people say it doesn’t work, while others say it does. So, I did my research and watched quite a few YouTube videos to understand how to make it tailored for my purpose (I want to split the project into different phases, but how to ensure the product in the container wont harden). Based on that I slightly customised the instructions to tailor my timeline and extended the life span. So I Rather than just wet the floor and brushed it into the grout. What I did was pull out all the product into the original container, then add water into it to cover all the products, this step it to prevent it from drying out and get harden. Then I only scoop out the amount I need and pull it back if I don't need it. Also, I didn’t really use any specific tools; instead, I used an old credit card, pressing the product down to compress it which helped to last longer. This is pretty much zero mess with this approach. I’m really happy with the results; it’s actually way better than I thought. It’s very easy to control if you follow the method I used. I managed to complete the whole project for my garden within about two months. The water in that container actually works to prevent it from drying out, so I can use it whenever I want.

Good stuff better instructions would make it great.
Good stuff easy to use however instructions could be better. Suggests that you spray the grout once in, however it needs to be soaked.

Not good product and short shelf life.
As pictured, I have a long path in my back garden, that is split in half by a gate, to stop my dog going down there. I used this product all the way along the path, following the instructions for wet application. It's easy to use. That's about the only good thing I can say... The 2nd half of the path is okay, as it doesn't get used much. The 1st half of the path however, has lots of little bits where this stuff has just come back out again. I've tried refilling it 4 times now, and every single time, they've popped back out. I've also noticed in some places, the weeds are just growing straight through the product. So now my path just looks messy! As well as this, I also had the same problem that it seems a lot of people have had - it goes rock solid inside the box after a certain amount of time, no matter where you store it, and there is no mention of this anywhere on the product or advert. I do feel like I've wasted a lot of money, as I will definitely have to redo the whole path a lot sooner than I'd hoped...

Couple of issues. Coverage is not accurate, I bought 1 extra tub vs what id calculated for the area and still only managed to do 60% of the job. I did a wet application and it went in easily but took a long time to dry (days) and dried spongy not hard. The worst thing was the customer service. I needed to order more to finish but they told me they no longer sell this on Amazon.ie! Now I'm stuck as they don't ship to Ireland from their own store. They offered no alternative, just tough luck.

Grosse perte d'argent.
