I love these and keep packets with me in my computer bag, my purse, and anywhere else that is cool and dry where I can grab one in an emergency. I like the taste. It has never bothered me, but I know it bothers some people. I just take it straight from the packet and have never mixed it with water or juice. I'll have to try that! The benefit of getting my focus back and having that little boost of energy in a healthy way is a gift.

Needed more in B vitamins this is great. I use straight up and the energy boost is amazing for me. Wake up before coffee. I just put it under my tongue like a subliminal, taste not bad. Great value bought more for my husband.

I definitely notice a boost shortly after taking a package of this dissolved in water. I initially bought dissolving B12 while on vacation in Europe and wanted to continue when I returned to the U.S. I could not find anything similar though. In Europe they have a tablet that fizzes when it dissolves and it has a great flavor. This product does not have much flavor. I do like that it has Xylitol (so no sugar, and it's good for your teeth, just be careful to not let your pets get into it). I am adding it now to mineral/carbonated water and it tastes better, just wish it came as a fizzy tablet.

Works really well for people that want/need to keep the caffeine down/out of their diets!

I mixed in water and drank slowly over the course of several hours. I feel very jittery with loss of appetite. I'm planning to try again and will update with the results.

I tried this brand before with horse chestnut for circulation because I was starting to feel pain in my legs due to varicose veins and it has been a spectacular brand because that supplement did not hurt my stomach and it really worked in my body. Now I was looking for something that would help me with my energy and lifestyle and I was looking for something that I didn't even have to take with food because sometimes I'm bad at remembering to take pills so I looked for something like patches and this brand appeared again so I didn't hesitate to try it but oh surprise when I received the product it turned out that there were no patches but powder portions to dilute in water anyway it makes it easier for me because I do refresh myself very often so I have no problem adding it to my drink, anyway I just took the first packet of powder and in less than 10 minutes I began to feel more focused and less sleepy, I definitely liked this presentation. I will wait to see how long the effect lasts during my work day and day to day in my chores
