Don’t get hooked
Item broke on first use! I don’t recommend. I tried a pull-up and was hit in the head after the hook snapped off the wrist band and struck me. First and last time using this one!!

Very good product
Excellent product, has allowed me to continue training with epicondilytis. The straps are very strong and let you hold dumbells and use the pulley cable machine. Recommended product.

Unfortunately very very uncomfortable.
The padding in the straps of the product are not all the way around so when you try to lift weights, esp heavier weights, it really puts a strain on your wrist. Left a really bad mark on mine as seen in the photo. Better to get a normal lifting strap.
