Need this ground for my Pro-Ject Debut Carbon DC. It works fine and my turntable sounds awesome again!!

The internet says that for a turntable ground wire, you typically want "a small gauge, stranded copper wire, usually around 18-20 AWG." This Sam&Johnny Turntable Ground Wire is labeled 18AWG, and is described as "tinned copper" wire, which the internet says is a good choice for a turntable ground wire because "it offers excellent conductivity while also providing protection against corrosion." One star off because this ground wire has no strain relief (such as heat shrink tubing) to prevent damage to the connection point from pulling and bending the wire. I also wonder if the connections are simply crimped on rather than being soldered. There's no way to know without taking it apart. However, it should work fine as long as the connectors stay tight and in good shape.

I got this ground wire to go between a turntable and dedicated phono preamp. Both of these came with a grounding nut/bolt/post, but neither of them included a grounding wire. Five feet is more than ample length for my purposes, though five is the shortest available for these grounding wires, regardless of brand. I don't have one of the listed phonos/turntables, but this works for my setup. It's well-made and well-packaged. The price is $5.99 (at the time of writing), which makes it a fair and competitive price compared to similar products.
