I love the bright red light when you have it on high, and I love the purple when you have it on medium. The low one is a very beautiful blue and that's very nice to look at also. It feels the weight of the coffee and mug on it and it knows when you lift the mug up, so it starts flashing until you set it back down. It made me a little uncomfortable for a while, but I've gotten used to that safety feature. I like it! I highly recommend this coffee mug heater because you can really choose your temperature. As my coffee gets less and less in the mug, I turn the heat down a bit so I don't burn my mouth! LOL! If you like to have control over the heat of your coffee, buy this one. It's very nice!

Fits my largest coffee mugs easily. Keeps the coffee hot - honestly I think the last swallow were hotter than when it was first brewed.It is weighted. In that if something is not heavy enough to trigger the weight, the heat does not stay on.Tried using for a candle warmer also. Works great! But again it needs to heavy enough to stay on.Already purchased a second one for work.Definitely recommend!

It does what it's supposed to do. I love the 3 levels of heat (the hot gets really hot) and the automatic shut off has proved useful within the first week It really doesn't need anything more. The lights look nice and are a clear indicator of what level it's set to, even when I'm still groggy in the morning and haven't found my glasses yet.

The media could not be loaded.  This works great and I really like the three temperature options and the fact that they are color coded! Red - high, Purple - medium and Blue - low. It blinks when you remove the mug and will shut off after 5 minutes if the mug is not replaced. I use medium and it has kept my tea at the perfect temperature all morning. I bought a 2nd one for my husband to use at work.Update - just an FYI be careful touching the bottom of the mug when taking it off the plate. It is VERY hot. I know that should be obvious but I accidently put my hand underneath to steady my mug. Lesson learned!!

Bought as a gift for my husband for work. He uses every day. Has 2 temps and auto shut off. Use with a ceramic mug.

It does what it is supposed to do. I'm not too sure if the temperature settings are different from one another but it keeps coffee warm.

I received this mug warmer today and tried it out. I love that it lights up, has three settings and the warmer part is glass. It did not keep my coffee “warm” it kept my coffee “HOT”….honestly my coffee stayed hot even after two hours. The first coffee I made was a smaller mug with more of a flat bottom. So then I tried a much bigger mug that isn’t flat at all. Guess what? My coffee is hot and seems like it gets hotter over time.If you’re hesitant about purchasing this mug warmer, don’t be. Anything is worth the money if it gets the job done. I’m a very satisfied customer.

My spouse is a technophobe and doesn’t like to push a lot of buttons to get things done. This warmer has one button: more very-hot, hot, less hot, off. Couldn’t be simpler. She loves it. And it stays hot for up to five minutes when the cup is removed, and then shuts off (if the button is not used to shut it off). Plus it shuts off automatically after 8 hours if the cup stays there. Perfect.
