A good safety kit for travelers
The doorstop worked well, the window alarm works well and the door lock works on some doors, but not others. Overall, this is a good kit for travelers.

Not great
The Trustella Home Security Bundle offers a 3-in-1 solution for portable security, which is great for travel. The door lock, door stop alarm, and door/window sensor alarms provide a sense of protection. However, the build quality could be more robust, as some components feel a bit flimsy. The alarm volume is adequate, but it could be louder for added effectiveness. While it adds a layer of security, it might not be sufficient as a standalone solution. Consider it as a supplementary measure rather than a comprehensive security package for home or apartment use.

Didn’t work out
I mainly got this for the window alarms, but unfortunately they didn’t work with the windows I wanted to use them on. I didn’t try the other pieces, but they all seem like quality products. I will hold on to these as it seems like something that would be nice “just to have,” such as for traveling, your lock breaks, etc.

Keep Out that Creepy Landlord!
My daughter lives alone at college and the landlord is creepy so we want to make sure he cannot get in when she is in the apartment. This set is going to do it, although I need to buy two more window alarms. The magnetic stick-on alarms work well for doors and windows. If your setup allows, try to put them up high or down low because the cops say if you have a burglar, they might try to grab it from the middle to throw it. If you move the window even an inch from the magnetic plate, it will sound, and loud. If it happens by accident, there is an off switch on the alarm side. These will wake the dead from their sleep. The door wedge is mostly good. It is set under the door like any other wedge. It has a non-slip backing and seems to be reliable even if it does slip a little. There is a button on the top of the wedge that is tripped when the door is opened. This should work well in hotels, too. I had trouble installing the 9-volt battery. I had to drop it STRAIGHT down, then push hard to get it in. If there was the tiniest angle, I could not get it in, and I'm going to have to use a butter knife to get it out. The only worry I have with this is on a threshold with elevated trim (an exterior door, for example) you cannot really get the wedge to stick in. So you really have to rely on the non-slip backing on the wedge. I used it on my own front door and it worked- held fast the 1/2 inch or so until it actually went over the wedge.FInally, the door lock with the screw- I've used similar ones for years and find this effective enough, but not as sturdy as others that have a slide instead of the screw-on grip. It took a tiny bit of the paint off the door side when i removed it. But I use it in hotels and they usually have finished doors that are not painted. It goes in the regular handle lock, NOT THE DEADBOLT. I am yelling because another reviewer told you the opposite. You want the protection of the deadbolt. This is an additional security measure and you do not want to give up the deadbolt.I'm going to have to buy two more of the magnetic alarms for the windows. I had to use the two in the packet for the doors and then realized that the windows were close enough to the fire escape to be accessible. If you find there is too much of a gap between the doorframe and the door, you can double up on some foam tape from the dollar store. The alarm provides only sound protection, so if it is not super stable, that's okay. I think if it's not stable enough for you, you could screw in a shim and then tape on the alarm or magnetic side. (I would do this on the magnet side since it's lighter.)You need two AA batteries for each alarm and one 9 volt for the wedge.10/20/2023 Edit: I am sorry to report that one of the window alarms dropped from the window (too much Florida sun caused the tape to fail???) The alarm never went off. I placed it beside the magnet again. It beeped. I moved it away from the the magnet again and the alarm sounded loud and clear. I don't think we can rely on the window/door alarms after all. A real shame.I lived in a sorority house when Ted Bundy came through campus. This would have stopped him.
