Great fir long durance running , easily digestible, quick chew no need for water to swallow

I bought these for long distance running they are brilliant you need to refuel with water too but lovely taste good product

These are great pocket size packs for going out on long runs. The lemon/lime flavour is also quite refreshing

Tasty, but has too much sugar, if like me you are just after the salt content, not enough salt!

Used these to replace sodium while running long distance, easy to carry and get down when needed, also tasted ok so didn't need loads of water after. They also seal back up after opening so good to keep water out
