Excellent, one of the only things to help with sleeping.
Excellent, help with poor sleep. The sizing is a bit big but easily swallowed with a glass of water. They don’t really taste of much.

Works quick and slept well
I hadn't slept well for months and thought id try these. They worked perfectly, really impressed with how well I slept.

Brilliant
Bought for husband but hes not actually tried them however I have. I went through a phase of not sleeping well, not sure if it was stress or anxiety but thought I'd give these a go. I definitely felt difference. Felt like I wasn't waking up through the night and it was a lot easier to actually fall asleep.

Traumatic experience with these pills
OMG. These tablets are horrific. They gave me severe heart palpitations to the extent that I had ZERO sleep. It felt like I was being trampled on by size 10 Dr Martens. There should be a clear warning on the label stating these possible side effects.
