Great product, not enough instructions if you’re not used to Bluetooth set up but really does what it says

Perfect for concerts!
Bought this to use at a concert earlier this summer. It worked perfectly and lasted the whole day with just a little bit of charge when it arrived a few hours before we had to leave home for the big day. The bluetooth does drain your battery so remember o broken a power bank with you when in use. I'll definitely be using this on holiday too!

Good product
The selfie stick is easy to use and retracts into a bandbag size for ease of carrying. The bluetooth connectivity is easy to use with only the pressing of one button to connect and disconnect. The grabber holds the phone well although can feel slightly fiddly to get in. Having said that, once it is in, it is secure.

Perfect. Arrived very quickly and well packaged. Such a neat and light product to be carried anywhere. Holds mobile phone securely and very easy to align with the phone. Seems to hold its charge very well. Just what I wanted. Happy to recommend.

Does not work
It doesn't work. I thought it wasn't charged enough but even after charging it still didn't work. Tried so many time but the blue light still didn't appear. Very disappointed

Good i think
Was easy to set up on one phone but took ages to set up on another phone. Was convinced it wouldnt work on iphone 8 as it wasnt clear in the sellers blurb. Eventually worked when we switched the first phone off. Clearer instructions for tech thickos would be good. Theres a cable included, not sure what for...presumably charging?

Stopped working
This item worked when I first tried it on receiving it. Have been since trying to connect it to my iPhone 6 without any joy. All my other Bluetooth item do. The blue connect light comes on, but is just about it!!I also notice that this item is different to the ones I have seen on You Tube although model number is the same.Request return and refund or replacement with correct item model as it is still under warranty.
