Great sleep aid
I take 2 - 3 to sleep . I prefer 120 mgI have never encountered bad taste or bad side effects of any kind as of yet. I've taken over 6 months.

Do some research
I recommend considering high dose melatonin as a repurposed med. Since I am not a dr I will not advise specifically. Find out yourself if melatonin can be valuable for more than sleep. Research.

Efficient
I needed higher dose of melatonin and the Melatonin 60 mg was the perfect choice. I have been using it for a while and I like the efficiency, strenght, and sleep quality it provides. I fall asleep very fast, stay asleep all night, and wake up rested and refreshed. The price is worth the quality.

Did not work, took some time to fall sleep and woke up feeling tired.Ended taking less than 5 of 10 mg pills, this works better.

Great for me
I ordered this melatonin for my husband, and because other brands had made him drowsy during the day, I took it myself. I has taken another brand at only 10mg and it made me drowsy the next day. This did NOT! I got a great night's sleep and woke rested and ready to get up the next day. Impressed!
