I bought these a few months ago, hoping they would help with a roach problem it seemed like they did. But after three or four months, they started failing. I bought this one as a replacement for the first one that failed, then two more failed, and they’re expensive. I found something cheaper that I hope works as well, it’s sad these work, but don’t last. If they even lasted a year or two, I’d be satisfied but they’ve only lasted a few months. I would not recommend this product based on how expensive it is and how long it lasts.

Researched and compared. These are truly THE BEST. The company is very forthcoming with information. We have suffered with ANTS for a number of years. This was a Hail Mary purchase. Bought 2 of them and was Absolutely AMAZED at how fast they started working. The AUNTS are gone from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Due to our home's floorplan, we ended up buying a total of 4. The company is very honest when they say that Ultrasonic waves will not go through walls. True reason we purchased 4. Worth every penny.

This product is completely trash. It does nothing it says it will do. If anything it attracts even more nice

Live in the mountains and woods surrounding. Bought these as extra measure in the winter when we go away. It appeared they work but we frequently have power outages and when this happened product will not turn on. It is like it has blown a fuse. They were expensive and will not replace.

This is one of those rare products that actually delivers what it promises. Any infestation of critters has ended without having to buy traps or poisons or any products that are offensive Or dangerous

I was super excited when we got this because it’s to control the mice in the barn where the chickens are. It worked great for about the first week but apparently the mice have no gotten past whatever the intent was because they’re all over again.

Defective never worked as the front light never lit up at any time nor in any electric outlet. Unfortunately you are only given a certain amount of time to send it back but had no way to get to the post office nor UPS/ FedEx store to send it back. I believe a better system needs to be in place for returns sending stickon label or having it picked up where it was delivered to as not everyone has the access of getting to a store that is why we buy online. If the item really works it would be replaced no matter timing. Put your word behind your product

For bugs and rodents. Didn't do anything and I saw no improvement.
