No, the S+ is on the ear cushions. You would want to visit the Headset Advisor website for replacement ear cushions.

Hello there! Fellow product owner here! Yes, my headset included the USB dongle for the computer. One for charging (which can be used for direct connect) and one for Bluetooth connectivity if your computer do not have Bluetooth or you need better connectivity. Hope this helps you!

Q: Has anyone experienced interference with other Bluetooth devices, like streaming musc? I have 2 top name brand Bluetooth 5.0 headsets that cut out

Yes, these earphones only allow 2 Bluetooth connections at a time, you'll need to shut off a third paired device so you can bounce over to use that other device.

Q: My headsets are not charging when plugged in, what can I do?

This will sound obvious.. However try a different cord and power brick, also verify that you've inserted the usb-c connecter and it's seated firmly and completly into the jack. If that does not work you may have a DOA headset, call their tech support for an RMA help and to warranty the headset if necessary. Hope that helps.
