They are not true to size. I definitely suggest ordering a bigger size. But they are very warm and work well.

These heated pants work great. Always go a size up. I am a 34 waist and went with one size up. They fit perfect. They do warm back side and knees great.

The media could not be loaded.  NOT SURE WHY THEY KEEP BEING DISHONEST TO PEOPLE WHEN THEY SAY NEW BUT IS WAS REPACKAGED (USED)AND SENT BACK THE BATTERY PACK IS ALL SCRATCHED UP AND CHARGER MISSING. 3rd product I received from amazon this way. Other pants smelt like laundry soap. This unpackaged and no charger and battery went from 100 to 86 in 3 minutes so battery is probably junk. With the other 5 items I bought from this store. Buyers beware!I will say this I feel this was completely dishonest to sell something as new and send something that was sent back or used completely unprofessional unless someone choose the option to buy used and I didn't. BUT: I did recharge that battery testing that against my other batteries and plugged in pants and you can feel the heat more in back then front . Size I got 3xl because people kept saying size up with a pair of jeans under them they fit nice long underwear they were still loose and probably still need to wear a belt. I will keep my butt warm lol. Today going to test them with the work boots I bought from the official store.I do a YouTube video once I get to test out these products-800gram hunting boots (official website purchase)-steal toe work boots ( official website purchase)- 2 pairs of heated pants camo and black-work jacket got the black version and camo- fleece( had a rusty connector)- black jacket with hood and phone charger cord in upper pocket first one stopped working so will test replacement that was sent by customer service.-3 in 1 jacket which I have to say I'm liked right out of box. Lol. Feels like it will be the warmest one.1/29/24 seller contacted me and gave me a full refund on this matter. Hopefully this will be the last time I receive used product when I order new. So far I'm happy with the other products I have ordered and hope they hold up and just don't want others experiencing this getting used or returned stuff. Thanks for your time.

We gifted these to my father in law and he walked in our door with a smile on his face the first day he wore them. He had farm work to do and they kept him warm in the wind and he pulled out the battery pack to show us how much battery he still had left. He loves them!

Really nice had to return too small. But they are made really well.

These came in a timely manner.. but they don't warm.. they do like break the wind type thing if you pants under and are comfortable.. but it defeats the purpose of using heated pants if they don't heat..

I bought this item for my husband and he loves it. Perfect fit, correct length and the temp was perfect. We're getting another pair for me.

First off the quality of the pants themselves and the fabric is excellent. Where they are lacking is the heating. The lower back portion is ok but the knee area is quite poor. One little wire to each knee. Really was hoping for more heat there. Use these for sitting in a blind while hunting and because my knees are bent heat loss is greatest there. The illustration gives you the idea that there is almost like a heated pad in the knees. Not the case. Could definitely be improved.UPDATEAlthough I stand by my description of this item, there probably isn’t another seller on Amazon that is easier to deal with. They took my feedback seriously and did their best to make things right. I have purchased several products from this seller including hunting blinds and chore boots and the quality is always excellent. This particular product just needs some minor modifications. Don’t hesitate to purchase from this seller.
