I absolutely love these chairs for the price they are comfortable and they work and the color is amazing.

Unfortunately coverage was not needed but they quickly did a refund. Thank you.

Our chair broke and asurion did an amazing job at helping us replace it or get our money back. Never had an issue with them.

I want to start by saying that call Asurion and processing a claim was straightforward and the person handling the claim was pleasant, helpful and assisted us in completing a claim without any hassles. My review would be 5 stars, except when we first attempted to process a claim we usedthe online claim process via Amazon. It would not accept the information we submitted about our covered product. It kept saying Invalid data, but not exactly which information was not accepted. As mentioned, we called and the claim was handled quickly, but the feedback on electronic claim processing should be checked

I had a question and with in 10 mins of sending a msg, I got a reply! I was worried i had not recived a paper copy of my 2 year warranty plan. Idk what to do, they assured me i was covered. Sent me a copy to my email right away! They are very nice too. My mind was set at ease. You guys rawk! Thank you so much!! ;)

I purchased two of these daybed, while attempting to put in claim it only let me do one at a time, when I tried to enter claim for the second daybed it stated a claim was entered but I was only refunded one of the outdoor day beds not both. And both are damaged and should be covered under this Insurance with asurion

We were not able to use this service being in Yuma where it gets 120 degrees in summer.They were very nice company to work with.Thank you
