Had two of them not work properly and I contacted amazon. They sent me a whole new set to pick some from. I returned the rest back to them including the two malfunctioning ones. The customer service is top-notch. The door knobs look nice and are easy to install. They’re the perfect fit. The screw quality is really good as well. Like I said I only had two that were sticking and messing up in the door but Amazon sent me a new set to fix that with so it turned out fine! I like these. The keys are all the same because the doorknobs are all the same. As long as you don’t leave your keys in an accessible area it’s perfect for security. We only need one key to unlock each door and it’s so helpful when you have kids and need to get in quick. You don’t have to search for the right key. I love these and plan to replace ALL my doorknobs with them.

All 6 worked as they should and were easy to install. Keys worked perfectly on all 6 and very happy with this purchase.

Works great, installed in like 20 mins lol. I'm a girl so im sure some who done this before could install it faster. Overall a great product. I would recommend. It came with plenty of keys.

Works as intended. I haven't had any issues with functionality. Others mentioned the knob falls apart or the lock feature doesn't hold up, I haven't had a problem.

Quality product I've gotten numerous compliments

I wanted a few "cheap" locks in the house. I tried 2 of the 3 knobs and both would stick terribly internally when you would rotate the handle. I've literally installed thousands of handsets and never had any stick as bad as these. But for under $10 each you can't expect much. I'd hope their quality control improves because I had high hopes for these.

Really good quality and great price

We had four different locks in our new home and decided this product of keyed alike door knobs would work. I've changed door handles before so this was no different for ease of install. All the correct hardware was supplied as well as three keys for each handle. They are smooth finished and all the keys work and the locks click shut so you know the door is secure.

Good lock has a good Value for money. If you just use one lock could be OK for you. But if you want to use multiple locks in the house, it all comes with the exact same identical key so you can use one key to open all the door locks. absolutely doesn’t make sense for me. I am returning it. Wasted my good one hour before I figure out that they send all four Identical lock with identical keys.
