It was moving day and I needed to put my game face on. I mustered up the courage to try these and I felt like I could take on Goliath. My taste buds…. Umm not so much. It tasted like a really bad shot of the bartender don’t like you. Make sure to have chaser if you’re a wimp like me.Anyways, I felt focused on my tasks but not jittery. (I don’t have a caffeine sensitivity). They actually made me feel more energized than an energy drink. It was a wholesome laser focus. I tried them several days more while unpacking my house. I still got the same benefit of being extremely focused. I just can’t get over how terrible it tastes. My crude husband likes to remind me it’s for the benefits not the taste. Also, I didn’t experience any negative side effects.On a very last but important note, these have alcohol in them. Just a note for those in sobriety or groups who avoid that.

Mushrooms are soooo good for you. It's difficult to get the various kinds into your diet so I choose to supplement them. These liquid drops are a great way to do that. Drop them into any liquid and consume. You don't really taste them and that's generally ok :)

I like the fact that this tincture is vegan, and it uses very high quality ingredients. It does not have much taste as I put it in my morning drinks. Still waiting to see if I notice any difference from taking these. But so far so good

I've taken several types and brands of mushrooms over the years so I know what to expect from them and how my body reacts.First I tried this lion's mane. I took the recommended dosage for a week and didn't notice anything. Then I doubled and tripled the dosage for another couple of weeks and still didn't notice anything. Normally, with lion's mane, within a couple of days I would have been having really wild dreams and improved focus, but I got none of that with this product.Next I tried their cordyceps product. With good quality cordyceps, I usually get pretty amped up like I've had a lot of caffeine and often even get insomnia. With this brand of cordyceps I got zero response. Even taking two or three times the recommended dosage I got zero response.The benefits of chaga mushrooms are not readily apparent. They boost immunity and that's not something you can really notice in your body physically. But, given that the other two of their products had absolutely zero effect, I didn't even bother trying this chaga.I've attached a photo of the cordyceps in the dropper. You can see how weak and diluted it is. High quality mushroom blends will be very dark brown and you won't be able to see through them. Maybe there are really mushrooms in this product, and maybe there's not. Who knows. But if there are, it is extremely diluted and really not worth taking. You'd be better off with a brand that has high quality mushroom extracts from the fruiting body and is of high enough concentration to actually do you some good.

These tinctures are pretty good but they are not organic which I would have preferred.The Chaga one is sourced from wild fungus while the two others ( Lions mane and Cordyceps )are, I presume, cultivated, with unknown origin.I have not experienced any adverse reaction taking them. Probably wouldn't repurchase as I try to buy organic as much as possible.Value for money is just ok since again one has to take 2 dropper full, last chaga tincture I took (another brand) one dropper would equate a full dose.

Mushrooms have been known to provide such great health benefits and this variety pack makes it so easy to get those benefits. I love how it comes in 3 separate bottles and not all combined into one liquid. You can take them all together or just pick which one you want at certain time. Lion’s Mane is for focus/clarity, Cordyceps for energy and Chaga for immunity.The drops are super convenient. You can take it as is or mix it with something. They are not flavorless though. Each does have a different smell/taste. I normally put it in my iced tea and then I barely notice the flavor. The liquid drops are so easy to put in anything… coffee, smoothie, etc.

I’ve been using the Life Cykel “This Is It” mushroom extract pack for a couple of weeks and have noticed improvements in focus and overall energy. The Lion’s Mane helps with mental clarity, and the Cordyceps gives a nice stamina boost. The taste is quite earthy and might not be for everyone, but the results are worth it. Great addition to a daily wellness routine.
