Buy This Treadmill! (ONLY if you get the warranty)
UPDATE: It was great until it wasn’t! I have used this treadmill almost daily for 4 to 8 mile runs for the last 10 months. Never had any problems and maintained it per the manual. Then yesterday during my morning run, it just stopped working. The treadmill lost power, had a burning smell and now it won’t turn on. My husband is an engineer and he says the issue is electrical. I’m glad we got the warranty because I called to report the issue and was given a full refund within a few minutes. Definitely purchasing another extended warranty for the next treadmill, which won’t be from Sunny.—UPDATED—I waited 2 weeks to write this so I could give a true review—I bought this treadmill after my gym was closed due to covid-19. I was a little weary about it because it was inexpensive but due to the 4 star reviews, I went for it and bundled the protection plan. THE GOOD: It was incredibly easy to set up and get started using. It took about 20mins and most of that was taking it out of the box since there was a lot of protective packaging. My boyfriend is a manufacturing engineer and even he mentioned how well it was packaged and the high quality of the packaging for protection. I typically run approx 25 to 30 miles/week at the gym and I was worried about the sturdiness since the weight max is 220lbs. At 5’4, 145lbs, this is more than sturdy enough and it can handle long runs and fast/sprint runs. I haven’t been using the lift and roll option much since I have a designated space for it but that works fine also. THE BAD: the incline is manual meaning that once you start a run, you’re on the same incline until you get off and adjust it. I usually like to change incline during runs to challenge myself so this is a drawback but it’s not a huge one. Also, I use this treadmill for running (6.5mph+) only; not walking. My boyfriend, who usually walks on a high incline, says the slower speeds (under 2mph) are jerky. This doesn’t effect me at all though; maybe it’s because he’s bigger than I am? OVERALL: this is an insanely good treadmill for the price. I very glad that I took a chance on it.

Great treadmill
I bought a similar product at one point and had to part with it because I moved. After using the incline feature more on machines, I decided on this brand again. One of the main reasons, is the incline and the wheels at both ends of the machine. It was a cinch to put together. You can unpack and use it in a matter of minutes. They pack it well, with wood and bind the box up. The box was really heavy getting in my small apartment. But after all the fuss is stripped away, the frame itself is fairly compact and not a beast to deal with at all. After using it fairly regularly with the app, I'm quite pleased. It does everything you need, its not loud and gets to speed and adjusts quickly. The spaces for water etc are roomy. I can put my tablet or phone in the holder. It doesnt have a USB port for charging or a fan. A plug would be helpful, and an auto shut off or way to power down from the console as improvements. The app has fun workouts that are pretty awesome and totally free with it. How many on here boast that? Im now already paying for an on demand app that doesnt give me kettlebell workouts (which imho are an advanced exercise) or guided scenic workouts. I love the interval workouts which are based on your machine. They have them for all the machines they offer!! If you get a spin bike, rower - you've got classes. Its not intuitive to your machine. Meaning, the incline goes up when the workout does. You adjust this, probably for safety. Everyones ability is different. You can't stream from their website. You have to connect your device to a TV or laptop if you want to use a larger screen. I don't use the safety clip and i never have. But it won't work without it. It was so easy to do the Amazon payments with this. Thank you Amazon! The company is based in the US and Im glad to support that. Would buy it again and again!

Good for the price
I've had this treadmill for about a year now. It was easy to assemble; I am not handy and I did it myself with just the tools provided. The heart rate monitor takes a long time to register during a workout and I'm not sure how accurate it always is. It's comfortable to walk or jog on, and it's easy to adjust the incline. (To change the incline from 0, 3, or 6 degrees, you lift up the far end of the treadmill and the hydraulic lift keeps it up; this is also a way to store it in a smaller space, though it doesn't get that small. You manually take out the pins on either side of the edge of the treadmill and place them in one of three holes to get the desired incline. You do have to stop the treadmill and get off it in order to change the incline, it is not seamless. Additionally, the highest incline is still pretty minimal; I'm used to power walking at a 15 degree incline, and this is definitely not that!)I keep it in the usable position and in the same spot in my living room all the time, though if I need to move it it's mostly easy as a single person. Initially I was wheeling it to the balcony every morning to workout so as not to wake up my roommate. Moving it is doable though not pretty, but I'm a young, healthy, able-bodied person (not very strong though; when I weight lift I use 10lb free weights). There are start/stop buttons next to the heart rate monitor, so I've accidentally turned it off before, but not a big deal. The water bottle holder is very shallow and narrow so most of my (reusable) water bottles don't fit there; there also isn't a way to set your phone on the machine to watch TV or even just keep track of the time. (I considered buying a plastic device to set over the screen to hold my phone but ended up buying a big screen TV.)It's pretty quiet in my opinion, though when it turns on or off it beeps three times. I don't think it's loud but my roommate would awaken even by doors opening, so she would hear it.For the price, I'm happy with it!
