Really love the look, comfort and quality of these shoes for the price. Very like the real Uggs. I like them so much I've ordered them in another colour.

Very disappointed, didn’t even arrive in a box to protect them from a 3 week journey. Inner sole came out on the first day of use (worn for 6 hours) sent pictures to the seller the same day and was expecting them to resolve my issue (full refund or a better quality sent out) clearly they aren’t fit for purpose if they can’t survive 6 hours of pottering round the house. The seller announced they had issued a refund of £8. So don’t bother buying these as for £30 you could pick up much better quality elsewhere.

Initially I ordered a size 5.5 which came up slightly too small. Some people have complained that they come wrapped in just plastic packaging, and so did mine, however they weren't damaged so can't complain. However when I tried to return and order the next size up there was no address, I had to wait 2 days for a returns address only to find it was China. Most likely the postage would be the same as the slippers, so I've just kept both pairs and will give them to a friend. They are comfy and seem well made, they do have quite some height on the sole too. Gave them 3 out of 5 for the hassle of not being able to return the unwanted pair.
