I have slept so well since I bought this. Everyone is getting one for Christmas!

So overall the construction and idea behind this sleep pod is great. It kind of helps me, but not enough to deal with getting in and out of it if I have to get up during the middle of my sleep. I sleep hot, and I did not feel like this was cooling for me in anyway, but I don't really blame them for that. The material is a nice soft sort of microfiber athletic shirt kind of material. I mostly don't have sensory issues with fabrics, but this was nice to slide into. The foot pouch is pretty easy to either put your feet in or pull your feet out of, and it did feel like it helped keep my feet cozy (my feet are often cold, likely from circulation issues). Overall I have found that I prefer a weighted blanket, but I definitely think this is worth trying if you can afford it.

I sleep on my side. This makes me hot and too constricted.

Too small & fabric was warm

I like it but it does make me feel slightly claustrophobic.

Bought the recommended size (medium) for my dimensions. Product was way too loose over all but the shoulders when pulled up over the arms. The material was pleasant to the touch, and relatively cooling so added a star. May work better for others who aren't long and skinny like myself
