I stretch with this at least once a day for 10 min alternating. I believe this will eventually help achieve my splits, but so far it’s helping me loosen my tight hip flexors.

I use this daily as a part of my stretch routine. Easy to install and it’s held up well over the years.

Strap is perfect but the carrying case is made poorly, it ripped when I used it the first time

i use this device to boost my stretch game and safe to say i like it only thing i wish it would stay on the door so i dont have to choose between being lazy or stretching. some times if you throw it up at the right angle it will stay but you gotta be lucky for that

I bought this for my daughter who does competitive cheer. She is working on lots of stretches to help with splits and jumps. It took seconds to set up and is so easy to use that my 5 year old can use it without difficulty. My son has also used it to stretch for his karate classes. The straps are durable and don't slip.
