I got this teasel tincture to help my husband with his arthritis and fibromyalgia pains. He said it does help to relieve tightness and tension, especially in his neck and shoulder muscles/joints. The tincture has no particular smell, and a mild earthy taste. I would prefer a glass bottle, but overall we're pleased with the purchase.
