It works great. However, it is superfast. It may not be so good, depending on the situation. In my case, I was using a slower moving one, so when I changed to this, the tracking program gave an alert of unusually high activity.

It required a type C adapter for my MacBook but it works great. It has three modes of mouse movements and I choose Level 1,which shakes the mouse pointer mildly - as if it's vibrating. This ensures that the screen stays on and the office apps also show me as active. On the macOS, it didn't require any setup or software installation. It started working straight away. Just remember to get an adapter if you don't have one to hold this USB - A port.
