Protect the Ocean with this Lotion!
The first thing that attracted me to this item was the image on the lid! As someone who loves Whales and all things marine on reading about this product and the company ethos, I was excited to try.So imagine my initial sad- lipped disappointment as when it arrived it had one of those super sticky labels covering the lid, so the image was hidden. I may just have been unlucky and of course this is not a Purabay company issue I’d assume, but rather someone in the Amazon labelling warehouse. It’s something to be mindful of if you were perhaps wanting to give this cute moisturiser tin as a gift, or even just leave on display in a bathroom or bedroom... the sticky label is extremely difficult to totally remove. That aside. A nice looking simple round tin with an easy screw off lid. Removing the lid there was no protective cover over the cream inside which is in line with the ethos about reducing plastic waste. As I guess with most people, the first thing I did was smell the moisturiser cream.... hmm, absolutely no detectable scent. The info states coconut, which doesn’t have the strongest of aromas but to me there was no hint of any natural fragrance at all. A little disappointing. This unisex, cruelty free, white moisturising cream is a nice consistency, I tried some on the back of my hand and gently rubbed it in, it dispersed nicely leaving no greasy residue. You don't need to use a lot.Always a tad wary trying new products on my face so was pleased to find this one felt good and did not cause any reaction or redness. It alleviated tightness on my face after washing, leaving it feeling refreshed and soft. I like this product.Note, there is no SPF rating so you'll still have to use sunscreen in conjunction with this cream if you intend to go outside.A conveniently sized tin, easy to slip in a bag if needed. May seem a little pricey for 60ml, but then it's not a mass produced item made by a huge company, but rather a small business with an important principle, using natural ingredients & zero plastic. What's not to like? If you buy coffee every day skip it for a few and you've found the extra pennies for this little tin of UK made goodness... The Ocean, it's residents... & your skin, will thank you ;-)

It’s ok
Like one of the other reviews I had to peel off the label which then peeled off the dolphin! No, I know it’s not the most important part of the product but either don’t put a nice picture on the lid or make sure it’s painted on securely & don’t put a label over the top!Now for the cream inside - really it could be anything, it’s bland face cream that smells of nothing. Nice that it’s got a lot of natural ingredients but I’m not sure if there’s anything that special about it that would make me purchase it again.

Very small and basically just smells of base cream
Very small and basically just smells of base cream. Not good value for money.

Handy size
This thick cream acts as a great moisturiser and barrier layer for my sensitive skin. I like that there is no perfume or colourants which normally can cause itching and hives for me. This moisturiser is a really neat size for putting in my golf bag as I can use a dab when needed. A little goes a long way and it sinks in quickly, my skin definitely feels more supple and comfortable afterward using it.

Effective Moisturiser
I have been using this moisturiser for approximately 10 days now and I can definitely tell a difference in the way that my skin feels, particularly on the face and neck.I have sensitive skin so I am always very careful in choosing products. It is packaged in a simple, nicely designed tin with all ingredients clearly listed on the back. The cream is soft, non-greasy and easily absorbs into the skin without leaving too much residue. I would say the cream is fragrance-free, which I prefer for a cream I use on my face but that is just a personal choice.Best of all it is a British made product, made in Devon. I love anything produced in this country, especially toiletries and cosmetics, very happy to recommend.

high quality thick moisturiser with no residue
I use this moisturiser on my hands and parts of my face after shaving and it provides excellent moisturisation and leaves behind no slimy or sticky residue.I do rock climbing as a hobby and my hands often get really dry (to the point where my cuticles crack and my skin peels) but two days of using this and my skin is much healthier and softer again. To top it all off, the ingredients are natural and the tin is made of aluminium!Highly recommend this great moisturiser. A little goes a long way and it's really effective at healing cracked or peeling skin!

Easy to absorb into skin
I usually use one of the big brand moisturising creams but thought I would try this outThe scent is so subtle that I don't think I could really smell int. Which for me is a plus as I don't like strongly fragranced creamApplication of the cream doesn't take that much to cover my face. Which is good as the tin isn't that big. But a little goes a long way
