The pills on the left side are what I split with this one. The pills on the right are split with one I bought at Walgreen's. With this one the pills split easily in exact half. That's very important to me because with too much medicine my heart was stopping. Yes, stopping for 3 seconds. Fortunately I have a monitor so the Dr was aware of that. The splitter from Walgreen's breaks and crumbles the pills in little crumbs. Same pills. I highly recommend this splitter. Out of 4 splitters I purchased this one is the only one that works correctly. If your dose is important, you need this splitter.

So easy to use! Centering pills (both large and small ones without cut lines) and splitting them are a breeze with no crumbling and wasting medication. I love this little contraption and highly recommend if you are looking to purchase a great pill splitter.

Great pill cutter. Holds pill in place better than other pill cutters I have used. I have rather small pill and works great on small size. Also really like the pill container. It has 2 compartments so I can put pills in for am and pm for whole week.

Cleanly splits my small pills in half.

Great idea to have two cutting blades, but the moving parts where you place the pills are just to flimsy to last. Also awkward that you have to open and remove the lid completely every time, the hinged cutters are much easier to use. Also the price seems high for a cheapo plastic thing.

I bought this to cut pills for my cat into both halves and quarters. Best pill cutter I ever used. The case has been very helpful keeping track of meds for the poor little guy.

I hated this thing. I have small pills I need to cut and this sucked at doing its job. I went back to my old dull cutter because I hated it that much. I don’t even know where it is now because after trying to use it once I was disappointed and over it. Buy something else.
