Women's Vitamins with Probiotics

I've been taking Zenkgo Multivitamins for a month now, and I feel more energeticand healthier overall. The combination of vitamins, probiotics, and organic greensmakes this a complete supplement. I love that it's plant-based and free from artificialingredients. Definitely a staple in my routine!

I have to take vitamins because I had the gastric sleeve.These are the only multi I have found that don't hurt my stomach.They also don't have a funny taste or aftertaste and the added benefit of probiotics and superfoods make these even better.I try to eat a balanced diet but I'm a workaholic and I'm human these fill in the gap.A million percent worth it.

The media could not be loaded. I tried many different multi vitamins and this is my favorite. After the first purchase I skipped the next and went back to another because i really do prefer tablets over capsules. I've returned to these. They never upset my stomach even though I take them very early in the morning, around 2am. I also take other supplements (omega, glucosamine etc) and usually eat my first meal sometime around midday typically. Other brands have caused burps that were very heavy tasting of b vitamins or just made me feel yucky for a bit. I also noticed that when I skipped that my joint issues seemed to worsen but i deal with chronic pain issues so who really knows the issue behind the flare up. Great steady energy as well. Love these!

These have such potential yet they're missing important aspects. For iron, it's important to have vitamin C for absorption, yet there's no C in this. Also for vitamin D3, you need K2 for absorption, and there's no K2. Also, it's never good to have 100% vitamin A in a supplement, because it's easy to overdo vitamin A and that's not good for the liver. I'm not a doctor, this is through research I've done.

I consumed multi-vitamins of other brands on and off for some time, but did not feel like any difference, and recently a friend of mine recommended Zenkgo multi-vitamins to me, I saw the changes in her – she has become more energetic and is no longer fall sick easily, so I wanted to give it a try.After taking it for more than two weeks now. First, compared to other vitamins I have taken, I don’t have stomach upset. I think it’s because of the naturally sourced ingredients; second, I have higher energy level, feel refreshed and clear minded. Overall, I feel healthier.I am happy with the results now and will commit to this brand. Highly recommended.

I work in a healthy related industry and I have to say I am pretty picky when it comes to food and supplement. I care about the forms of vitamins so I need to check what forms they use in the supplements. For example, MK-4 and MK-7 are different even they both belong to VK2. This multi product really drew my attention since it used all the good forms. For B12, it chooses methylcobalamin, the natural form, instead of Cyanocobalamin. For folate, it uses L- Methylfolate, the biologically active form of folate. Also, P5P is the active coenzyme form of vitamin B6. There are other brands that also use good stuff but they are more pricy, like $40+. So I am pretty happy I find Zenkgo;) the surprise is it includes 25 B probiotics. Save $$$

I like the fact that these vitamins don’t contain ridiculous percentages for recommended daily amounts. I do not need 1000% of any vitamin or mineral, not only is it unnecessary, it can also be dangerous. Another thing I like about these Zenkgo vitamins is he fact that they contain L-Methylfolate; not a lot, but still..Ive never seen a multivitamin that has it before. I take Deplin because I can’t produce it on my own so it’s an added bonus. And on top of it, they are 100% natural, gluten and GMO free AND made in the USA, what’s not to love!

Capsule smelled vegetal and easy to swallow. Personally think it works great for my belly and will continue to use it.
