I would recommend this three day cleanse to anyone and everyone. I was very pleased with my cleanse product. The information provided with the product was very easy to follow. The product has great flavor, not chalky and mixes very smoothly. My body felt good the second day, no bloating, refreshed, more energy and not hungry. After the 3 days, I weighed and had lost 6 pounds. Therefore, this stuff is amazing and works. I would definitely buy this product and use it again.

I hadn't done a cleanse before but decided to try a 'reset' for a couple days because of frequent stomach aches and a generally unhealthy diet. I actually stretched my 3 day cleanse out to 4 days because I really wasn't feeling too hungry with only three of the drinks (and a big salad and dried fruit) a day.The good- it's easy, and I wasn't too hungry. The protein drink mixed with almond milk has a nice flavor, and the red and pineapple drinks are good mixed with juice. This brand was also much less expensive than the other brands. There were no unexpected GI problems of any type and the drinks aren't caffeinated so didn't interfere with sleep.The bad- if you don't like green drinks, the green one is very...green. Mixing it with a strong flavored juice helped. It's also difficult to get all the protein drink to mix in, expect to use a spoon or a shaker container.This cleanse was worth it and I'll be using it again.

This is probably my favorite juice cleanse I’ve tried. I surprisingly have not been that hungry. It does not taste good but it also does not taste awful which is a lot to say about a powdered juice. The fiber one at the end of the night actually curves a lot of hunger and I woke up feeling full. The plan that is listed for you has more calories than the precious juice cleanses I’ve tried but I think that helps because I’m on day 3 and I could not make it past day 2 with any other ones. Overall, I would purchase again.

I have done a few different cleanses and typically find them challenging as I am hungry and grumpy. Thankfully this was very different and I actually enjoyed it and wish it was longer than 3 days. I lost 4lbs and feel great overall, my bloating is gone and I maintained my energy level throughout the cleanse. I found this cleanse very doable and the products tasted good. They recommend what to mix them with and allow for a healthy lunch which I also liked. Overall very happy with this cleanse and I’ll definitely do it again.

Kept me full and no “hangry” feeling. First day I didn’t even feel I needed the clean meal! The Vegan vanilla protein is the bomb!! Sooo good with frozen banana and a T of almond butter. The beets and greens were great as well. The only one that I didn’t love was the pineapple chia. The taste is fine but the chia does add a texture to it. My suggestion is to put in a blender that seemed to work well.

This is the first time I tried juice cleanse. The instruction is very clear. The taste was surprisingly good. I did not feel hungry following the instruction. I did the three days cleanse. I want to try it longer next time. The price is pretty good comparing to other brands. I would definitely purchase again.

So, I did the three day cleanse and thourally enjoyed the experience. I was able to shed 5 lbs in water weight! How amazing! It came with easy to follow instructions and was exactly what it was described to be. My only problem was the flavor of a couple of the juices, as well as not dissolving very well in water, becoming grainy at times. Results were steller and would totally recommend and do again!

Healthy nutrients into my daily routine. My favorite is their Pineapple and Greens! Followed their recipe, so easy and all taste good. 1 Day Box is little pricy so I ordered their bundle package. I am very happy with the product.
