This mount looks clean in any car and just works. It’s sturdy, easy to adjust, and grips the AC vent without messing it up. The MagSafe magnet is crazy strong—your phone’s not going anywhere. Plus, it charges too, and you can just unplug the cable if you don’t need it. Would’ve been nice to have a switch to turn charging off, but overall, it’s a solid pick!

To start, this mount is attractive and very well built. The carbon fiber gives off a quality appeal. It mounts very easy to the air vent and is very sturdy when holding the phone. The magnet is surprisingly strong and holds my Samsung fold 6 very securely when going over bumps while driving. It charges efficiently and does what I need to keep my phone charged and available. I highly recommend this mount.

This car mount is nice and secure, the magnet holds my phone well, and after finding the best angle, it stays in place well. It is a little bulky, and I don't use the charger so I don't have the cord in the way. It will be different for different vehicles. Good solid product.

I am a big fan of this brand in general. Pitaka makes well-designed, functional, and well-built products for iPhone and Samsung devices. I ordered two of these for my kid's cars so they can safely mount them for navigation. They work as advertised, attach firmly to the vents (always an issue with other brands), and the phone does not move due to the strong magnets. Great car mount!

I've had an older Pitaka magnetic charging mount, used with an iPhone X and an iPhone 11 Pro Pitaka case, for years. The one I use the most fits in the slot of the car CD player - I also bought one for vent mount (used when I rent cars), but never liked that it just pushed on and caused the vent to droop.Two things about this new mount pleased me. First was that I could reuse the CD slot part of the old mount. Second was that the vent clip both firmly held onto the vent vane and allowed me to position it so that the bottom of the clip rested on the bottom of the vent, preventing it from drooping closed.As for charging, it worked for MagSafe charging both with the bare phone (iPhone 13 Pro) and when I got my new Pitaka MagEz2 case from Pitaka (a style not yet sold on Amazon.) The grip is fairly ferocious, so I found it worked best if I tilted the phone up to remove. The phone recognizes it as MagSafe, though it charges at 7.5W and not the higher power that the phone is capable of. A USB-A to USB-C cable is included, but I'm using a shorter, coiled cord as the distance to my USB outlet is short.

The media could not be loaded. I had one from APPLE! it’s the one that broke on me it’s on the video, this one is clearly way better in every aspect! It holds the phone quick, easy to use, it has 3 modes that you can tap and put whatever you want on em, that’s an extra tho I really love it even without those 3 NFC’s the magnet is strong! I was kinda iffy about getting it since it said that a lot of ppl returned this item but tbh it’s the best I’ve ever had and it’s not too expensive like I said, I had gotten one from apple and this one just takes it on everything it has, looks, how it works, and the 3 NFC’s are pretty cool to show off tbh

UPDATE:1 star. As soon as temperature drops down to single digits or teens this thing is not charging. I tested it with different cables and I have to unplug the cable from car charger for this to kick in. Tried several different car chargers. Chargers cables connected directly to phone by lightning cable will charge the phone. As soon as it’s plugged in to pitaka I does not. Returning.It’s like a love and hate relationship with this. It’s pretty out of the box, till you happen to wipe it off with a cloth and the lint and dust is all over it. Very unpleasant look after that. It has silicone texture so there is really no way to keep it clean.It shakes! I tried as much as I could to keep it sturdy and tight, but no matter what it will shake. Don’t stare at it too long, you may get a seizure.On the positive - very strong magnet. Phone won’t fall off of it. I have iPhone 13 pro and with the pitaka MagEz case it’s like a glue.It charges on the slower side but that doesn’t bother me.I have till end of January (holiday return extended) to decide if this is worth the price tag.Not sure at this point. I love it for a second, and then not so much anymore lol
