Great quality for the price point!
Recently remodeled our bathroom and this shower fixture is perfect! It was easy to install and switching between shower heads and different spray settings is a breeze! Also the temperature control handle is very easy to use as it turns smoothly. Great purchase!

Beautiful faucet kit
This faucet kit is very pretty. It is modern and looks great in our updated bathroom.We had a minor issue with install and the valve being too far into the wall, but the customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive and gave us some help to resolve the issue.

Showehead droops and doesn’t stay in place
The media could not be loaded. This shower head looks nice, but it doesn’t stay up, the water shoots inverted back towards the drain so the angle is off. Currently shopping for a new shower head this is terrible. Drives us insane

cheaply made
I bought this for the color and modern look but it is not high quality at all. My contractor couldn't even get the faucet to tighten without cutting the wall back open to tighten it from the back. I would have sent it back but he had already installed the valve in the wall before tiling the shower and it was too late.

Used
We opened the product and the product had already tried to be installed and it was used. Was very disappointed and returned it. Unsure if we will try and order it again.
