Great Bratwurst
This is by far one of the best Bratwurst seasonings we have ever had. Made up a batch and added some high temperature cheese to the mix as well and it did not disappoint. The people I have shared this with have asked for more. Very flavorful!

Exactly what I expected
On point with great flavor, added 1oz of water per pound to aid in mixing. Seems too close to store bought and probably won’t go thru all the work again unless I add more spices but this is a good brat starter seasoning.

in the past i had been using other brands thinking "you only get what ya pay for " well was i ever wrong a friend gave me a couple Brats he made use Legg's Seasonings and now fron here out i will only use Legg's Seasonings. the flavor is wonderful. and for half the cost of other brands. I'm also now a user. of the Legg's Breakfast sausage season. #10 The flavor of the legs seasoning #10 reminds me of growing up back home on the farm. Mom and Dad's homemade sausage It is really good.
