Long term Bang! customer, always liked it and never failed to please. However, preparing the garlic, ginger and onion was a bit of a pain so the introduction of the dried garlic / onion / ginger mix was very welcome. If anything, the curries are even better now, presumably because the proportions within the mix have been carefully worked out. Give it a try, (almost) certain you won't be disappointed...

Very authentic. My favourite food is Indian curry and without making it from scratch and a quick cheat this is the best product that I have found so far. I wish they were in the supermarket.

Not to bad

Hi I order a lot of Indian curry mixes but this pack is not nice in packet was a sachet of onion and a sachet of tikka mix it was awfull very salty and didn't taste like tikka

These are excellent to keep as a backup, easy to use and we add a can of coconut cream to them which makes them extra tasty, they come in a wee slim box and are ideal to keep in your cupboard just to add liquid and meat , but would recommend coconut cream to reduce the heat in the hotter curry’s like madras and bunna , would recommend them as they are well priced and worth the money
