They feel really durable and have a great elastic waist system.My only complaint is I wish they sat 1" longer, but they are fine, I can definitely wear them and feel comfortable playing a round of golf.well made, good feel on the skin, strong pockets and zipper.The pants themselves are stretchy which I appreciate, and they look great, very slimming.

From the seller's photos, I thought that these would look a lot more casual than they actually are. So I was pleasantly surprised by these: They're cut and tailored more like a pair of dress slacks than anything else.They're very light and comfortable. The inside of the waistband is unlike anything I've seen before: it has a clear rubbery coating to it, which you might see as the shiny reflection in my close-up photo.I'm still trying to figure out its purpose. Is it there to keep these from sliding down? Or perhaps to keep a silky shirt tucked in without pulling out? Perhaps that's a golf thing; since I'm not a golfer, I wouldn't know.Anyway, these are nicely made, comfortable, and stylish. They do run a tiny bit small; since they're 20% cotton, they'll shrink a little, so I recommend you go up one size.Still, I can recommend these for you.

These are comfortable but dress pants looking quality. Great for business casual at work with comfort! They fit true to size and are wrinkle free. I love them for business casual attire.

These pants are stretchy and comfortable. They have a grip on the waistband that keeps the pants from falling down. The pockets are handy to hold items such as your phone or keys. A nice pair of pants, overall.

I really liked the overall feel of the material and the fit of the pants. I especially liked the rubberized interior at the waist that helps keep the shirts tucked in well. However, the overall length was significantly longer than expected which brought me to take them to an alteration shop. I think they'd be better off selling them in normal pants sizes by waist size and inseam rather than small, medium, etc.
