The 12.3" screen is a great addition to my AMG GTS. Installation was fairly straightforward if you watch the right videos on YouTube. Took me around 3 hours overall but I was extra meticulous about hiding the wires. Seller was available for post install support and typically responds within 12 hrs or so. Interface is smooth and it connects quickly to Android Auto. Needs a bit of configuration to make everything work but nothing cumbersome. Got a great deal on Prime Day making it totally worth it. Because of the way the larger screen sits on the dash angled slightly upwards, there's a slight glare but adjusting brightness and setting Waze to switch between day and night mode helped. Had it for a couple of weeks now and would definitely recommend. Will update review if anything changes as time goes by

The item has the included cables that won’t require you to cut anything, which I appreciate. The directions are subpar, however, there are numerous videos from similar manufacturers (look up ZXW & KSW Android head units) which will serve the purpose. Overall, pretty wild you can get an updated aftermarket head unit that looks pretty close to OEM.

Well, I am following up on the review to say that the screen has gotten worse over timeThe screen is now not working all the time the Bluetooth doesn’t even work anymoreI’m at the point where I think I’m gonna end up putting back the original oneI will start off by saying that the screen is amazingHowever, here are several issues that came up as we started doing the install last night.They tell you you’re getting a brand new unit and the unit I have looks like it was previously sold as other peoples information was downloaded and still savedI am having issues with the volume as I am not getting any and everything that they have shown to fix his problems not workingThe rear camera quality is terrible and not sure why since it’s the factory.When we first turned it on, we had a very cool menu screen that popped up and as we were making changes and we told you, you have to reset the screen it came back into a different screen layout, which is not what is being shown in the menuI have been trying to get that screen back to the original again no luckI have sent several request to tech-support and waiting to hear backOther than that everything they said that it would do it is doing.As I mention my two disappointments, as I can’t get volume to work, and I ended up purchasing a used unit for the price of a new one

Great product. Works with factory original buttons, reverse camera, speakers, etc. screen is very responsive and not laggy.The only difficulty was the wiring. No special tools needed but there’s a lot of extra cables that you dont need to connect. It’s also confusing as to what goes where. There’s no wiring instructions included. They route you to a YouTube video but the one they have is trash. Definitely watch some other YouTube videos on it.In the end though, it came out great.One big thing to note, you need to route 2 USB cables into the center console storage area. Some videos tell you to drill a hole, don’t do that. You can unscrew some bolts and route those USBs underneath. You’ll end up squishing the cables but that’s whatever.they’re not gonna be moving around afterwards anyways.

I absolutely love this new display. The screen itself is SUPER responsive, the Android Auto & Carplay for perfectly. The manual was very detailed, it had a QR code with an install video for every model. Affordable and very well made, I can't recommend it enough.

this was supposed to be compatible with my C250 2013 Mercedes Benz but it did not fit as advertised

real important that you get the right box on day 1. i ordered a radio for the ntg 4.0, a ntg 4.5 system was shipped. on the amzon website it says a 4.0,45, and 4.7 is interchangeable. it is not!

It takes a little while to install, but definitely worth the money especially considering all the new modern features it brings to your car. The design looks very OEM too like newer Mercedes models so it fits right in.
