I faced an issue right after unboxing — the pulley was stuck and not moving at all. This made the product unusable from the start, which was very disappointing. For a brand like Borosil, I expected smoother functioning and better quality checks before dispatch.

The first and the formost thing you need to know about it is how to use it. For onions, cut it in 3-4 cms and then use it for best results. Otherwise it getd stuck and alot of time will be wasted. Pros: 1. Is stable and has a good quality plastic. 2. The blade is sharp 3. Easy to clean 4. Easy to use once you understand how to operate properly. Cons: 1. The string feels a little weak so dont hold the handle all alone but also the string so that is doesnt get strained 2. Sometimes the blade gets stuck, so to fix it, open the lid and twist the white thing which is inside the lid. This controls the string so if gets stuck, you can easily fix it from inside. Overall, a decent product for daily use.

I m not satisfied with the quality of product. Get damaged just after one month of purchase. However it can be repaired by self.

GOOD PRODUCT

I’m thoroughly disappointed with this vegetable chopper. Despite being from a reputed brand like Borosil, it fails to do the basic job that it’s designed for—chopping vegetables! The blades get stuck constantly, and it’s a struggle to get even the simplest of tasks done. I’ve tried different types of vegetables, and the result is always the same: uneven pieces and a lot of frustration. This is by far the worst chopper I’ve ever used. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product at all costs!

It is perfect. It is easy to work with. Easy to clean and very reasonable price. I recommend this chopper.
