Of all the Glucosamine pills I've tried these are the easiest to swallow. Still a larger pill, but smaller than others/not as long and only two pills to take. And it's got a decent coating, pretty smooth and not chalky. I can swallow these without water.And they are working great!!

No product is guaranteed to provide pain relief for everyone but studies have shown these ingredients are at least as helpful as NSAIDs without the side effects. Even Tylenol CAN cause liver damage at its maximum recommended dosage. It is safest to try this product first.These are, however, BIG tablets. My wife needs them separate so she can skip them if her throat is swollen. I have no problem with other supplements but sometimes need more than one attempt to swallow these.If you have no difficulty swallowing, these are the most economical options.
