This is great for when I don't want to carry a purse but I'm taking my water cup with me. It holds a lot, and it's easy to attach to whatever cup I'm using. The zipper is smooth and the material is easy to clean. It does pick up a few fuzzies here and there, but that's the downside to silicone like materials like this. I'm really happy with it otherwise.

I like this little pouch for its size and ease of use but I think it would be better described as water resistant. The pouch IS silicone however, the zipper is a standard zipper. If submerged, water would easily penetrate the pouch through the zipper, especially the end of the zipper where the pull meets the end of the track. Now, this pouch is ideal for keeping rain off the contents. For that, it's perfect. In its case, my phone is 6"x3" and the pouch is slightly larger than the phone. There is still some room for a key fob, ID or credit cards, lipstick (you know, the essentials). With those items in tow, I would attach it to myself vs a tumbler. The khaki color is a nice neutral color that anyone could use.

This silicone pouch for my drink bottle is wonderful! I use it to keep extra drink packets, pain relievers and glucose tablets. This bag is so convenient and you can even attach it to whatever since the strap opens all the way and has velcro. The stitching is good quality and there's even a little slip pocket for other items. It does slide down a little if you tug on it, there's no rubber or silicone nub on the other side of the strap to prevent slippage. But with general use I don't have a problem with a sliding pouch since it only holds so much.
