Very comfortable, fully adjustable and a big upgrade over the stock headband.
I had headaches using my Quest 2 with stock headband and got a fully adjustable head strap similar to the DESTEK.It made wearing the Q2 a new experience and one without any discomfort for extended use.My new Quest 3 arrived and I had the same issues with the stock elastic strap. The DESTEK works perfectly! Very adjustable for different head shapes and preferences. One huge benefit of this head strap is that it seems to relieve downward pressure off the face. The top part of the harness, when adjusted correctly, reduces downward pressure across the face. It doesn't allow "sag" like the stock elastic strap does.I also purchased a slip on silicone cover that fits over the cushioned stock fabric one the Q3 has. That also made a huge improvement over the fabric one. I had issues with the fabric beginning to feel itchy or irritative after extended use. (same issue as on my Q2). The silicone cover is smooth and for me, never was noticeable at all and it also allows you to snug up your Q3 strap a bit more if needed without feeling uncomfortable.I'm delighted with the build quality of the DESTEK as well as the very adequate range of adjustment it has. It's light too and add very little weight to the Q3.In the initial 30 minutes of use after putting it on my Quest 3, I knew it was a keeper. It improved balance of the Q3, eliminated pressure points on the head and face and no feeling a need to take off the Q3 and rub those spots that were getting sore while using the stock elastic head strap.5 stars all around and worth the price you will pay for it! It WILL change your entire experience of using the Q3 because it is so conformable.

A Game-Changer for VR Comfort
I'm a newbie VR enthusiast, yet I've tried various headsets and accessories to enhance my virtual reality experience. Recently, I purchased the DESTEK QH3 Pressure-Free Head Strap, and I must say, it has significantly improved my VR sessions.Comfort (5/5): One of the standout features of the DESTEK QH3 head strap is its exceptional comfort. The pressure-free design truly lives up to its name. The soft, padded strap evenly distributes the weight of the VR headset across your head, eliminating the discomfort and strain that can sometimes come with extended VR sessions. Whether you're playing for 30 minutes or a few hours, you'll hardly notice the head strap is there, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the virtual world.Fit (5/5): Getting the perfect fit with the DESTEK QH3 is a breeze. The adjustable straps are easy to customize to your head size, ensuring a secure and snug fit. Once you find your preferred fit, you can trust it will stay in place throughout your VR adventures. Whether you have a smaller or larger head, this head strap can easily accommodate various head sizes.Ease of Adjustments (5/5): DESTEK has nailed it when it comes to ease of adjustments. The quick-release buckles make it simple to put on and take off the head strap, allowing you to dive into your VR experience without any hassle. Additionally, the hinged mask design is a game-changer. It makes it incredibly easy to lift the VR headset from your eyes when you need a quick break or want to check your surroundings. This feature is a small but significant detail that greatly enhances the overall user experience.Compatibility with Meta Charging Station (5/5): One of the concerns with third-party VR accessories is their compatibility with charging stations. I'm thrilled to report that the DESTEK QH3 head strap doesn't impede the charging process on the Meta charging station. You can charge your Meta headset without the need to remove or adjust the head strap, saving you time and effort.Great Price (5/5): The icing on the cake is the DESTEK QH3's affordability. Despite its premium features and exceptional comfort, it comes at a great price that won't break the bank. This head strap offers unbeatable value for the quality and convenience it brings to your VR experience. In conclusion, the DESTEK QH3 Pressure-Free Head Strap is a must-have accessory for any VR enthusiast. Its unbeatable comfort, secure fit, easy adjustments, and compatibility with the Meta charging station make it a top-notch choice. This head strap is a fantastic investment if you want to elevate your VR experience and enjoy extended gaming sessions without discomfort.

The Best Customer Service I've Ever Had | Unfortunately, the head strap isn't comfortable for me
Edit: Almost 8 months later I decided to review the strap (3/5, lacking comfort), and customer service reached out to me through Amazon to see how they could best make it right. I didn't reply since I am still using the head strap and had no real way for them to make it right. One of their employees (labelled Manager in the email) then personally emailed me and asked if I would like a full refund on the 8 month old order, and if I would like to participate in testing a future head strap they are working on, free of charge.I politely declined the refund, as at only $34 it's still a more comfortable experience than the original head strap, and is cheaper than the Elite strap, and I'm still using it, so it really isn't all that terrible. Despite my polite decline, they still have issued me a full refund. For full discretion, they did request that I raise my rating from 3 to 4 stars, however with how polite and interested in making the situation right they are, I was going to increase my rating either way. It's not every day that you see customer service like this, and it's definitely not every day that a company decides to issue a full refund without a return to try and make it right for you.Original: I was hoping that the halo style would make this extremely comfortable, however it's proven to be less than ideal, specifically because of the top headrest. The way that it's designed and it presses onto your face, the top headrest is necessary to balance out the headset. However, it tends to create a hotspot wherever it's sitting. You have to have it sitting at least in the middle or towards the front, having it in the back doesn't balance the headset correctly. When sitting on top of my head (in the dip), it tends to get a little heavy and eventually gets uncomfortable, making me feel the need to shift it around. When sitting forward like a more traditional halo strap, it does take a lot of the headset's weight off of the face, but creates another hotspot on the forehead. I much prefer it sitting in the center of my head.In order for it to latch "correctly", the back strap has to be rotated so it sits at the base of the skull, slightly pointed upwards. This is the most comfortable position and aligns the headset with my eyes best. However, if I look straight up, the mechanism holding it in that position tends to slip, causing me to need to swivel it back to the base of my skull in order to remain playing comfortably. This occurs regardless of how tight I have it strapped to my head.I really wish I could give it a better rating, but for all the minor annoyances, I wish that I would have chosen a different style head strap.
